Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Purchases made on this Website

If something is wrong, write to us within 3 days of a payment and we will review your request in good faith. If we approve it, the refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment partner, Polar, and we also cancel the subscription so you are not charged again.

In some cases Polar may refund a payment on its own to prevent a card dispute. When it does, the related subscription is canceled.

Purchases made inside the app

Subscriptions bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play are billed by that store, so refund requests for them go to Apple or Google under their own policies, not to us.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Write to help@engai.site with the email address of your account, the date of the payment and the reason. We reply as soon as we can.
